You can expend some energy in a dancing or walking group or enjoy armchair aerobics.
Make use of your spare time through volunteering opportunities or growing vegetables at a local allotment.
Make friends and learn skills through Men’s Sheds. Find out more about learning opportunities at local libraries or college.
This and much more will be available for you to test as part of a fun filled activity day.
